Most employment claims come about because of non-payment of wages or unfair dismissal. However, employment claims may also arise due to less favourable treatment because of a person’s race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation or other protected characteristic.
We know how devastating it feels to lose your job or to be treated unfairly through no fault of your own. Our aim when you instruct us is to provide sound legal advice as soon as possible so you know where you stand.
We will take detailed instructions from you as soon as possible and get to work on your behalf. If at all possible we will negotiate a favourable settlement on your behalf.
If a settlement cannot be negotiated we will take your claim to an Employment Tribunal making sure that you are properly represented and advised throughout.
