However we can offer a range of funding options to make legal advice and representation affordable. Our most popular funding option is a No Win/No Fee Agreement (otherwise known as a Contingency Fee Agreement). If you choose this option and succeed in getting compensation you pay us a percentage of your compensation.

If you choose a no win/no fee arrangement and your claim does not succeed you pay only disbursements such as a barristers fees for representation at a hearing if this is required (although it may be possible for the barrister to also act on a no win/no fee arrangement).
