Most Personal Injury Claims are the result of Road Traffic Accidents.

As soon as we receive your instructions, we make contact with the Third Party Insurers to request that they admit liability. Usually in Motor Claims, liability is admitted within a few weeks of the accident.

If the driver who caused the accident was uninsured, we will lodge your claim with the Motor Insurers Bureau. In cases where the other driver is not insured, the MIB step in to act as the insurer. This means that you will still be compensated in full.

Where possible, we will ask for interim payments on your behalf. For example, this could include your Policy Excess, the cost of hiring a car, and vehicle repairs.

As with all claims, we hope that the Third Party Insurers will accept responsibility for the accident as soon as possible. If they will not, it may be necessary to issue court proceedings on your behalf. This in turn means we will need to obtain Witness Statements from you, and from any other witnesses to the accident.

Even if we have to issue court proceedings, we may be able to negotiate settlement on your behalf without the need for a Trial.
